Overview
If you believe you have received the wrong item, at [email protected] with your order number, and a photograph of the item. We may ask you to proceed with sending your item back to us through an arranged courier service by us. The maximum refund for postage costs will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. For example, if we offer delivery of a product within 7-21 days at one cost but you choose to have the product delivered within a shorter period at a higher cost, then we will only refund what you would have paid for the cheaper delivery option.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
These items are not allowed for returns.

Returns
We accept returns for any items* that are defected with proof provided upon receipt.
*Purchase of sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return request, please:
- Drop an email at [email protected]y with subject title: Return: <Order ID>.
- Pack the item in its original packing material
- Send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking. Return parcels are to reach us within 30 calendar days from the dispatch date for local orders, or 45 calendar days for international orders.
You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
If we accept your return, we will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and generally within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned product, via your original payment method.
Incorrect Items
If the correct item is no longer in-stock, refund will be issued instead.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, a courier will be arranged at your doorstep to collect the parcel within 5 days upon receiving your Return Request email. The pickup date will be sent via email 24 hours before.
You will not be charged with the cost of return & reship of your exchanged product.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
